
Classes
Dress in warm, comfortable clothing. You will need space to lie down on the floor with some space to move freely.
All classes are held virtually via zoom, audio recorded. If you miss a class you can make it up by listening to the downloadable recording.
Summer Session
5 classes | Monday-Friday | $105/week | $175/two weeks | $225/all three weeks
There will be three Daily Practice Intensives offered over the summer. Each week, we will highlight two anatomical areas. You’ll have time to sense how each moves independently, and to explore how the two are related. Do they support each other, ignore each other, or work against each other? Probably a little of each depending on the situation. You’ll learn more about your personal preferences and helpful alternatives.
As with all Moving Whole classes, you’ll be encouraged to move slowly, in a range that encourages ease, and to take regular pauses for rest and reflection. In this way, classes support your nervous system regulation as much as your physical comfort.

*Please note the classes will be held just once a day during the summer session and week 1 is offered at a different time than weeks 2 & 3.

11 workshops | Second Saturdays | $220 | 9:00 AM — 10:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)
In this monthly workshop, you will learn how to develop reliable resources and when to use them. Resources are supportive people, places, pets, (and more) from your lived experience that make you feel good. We’ll come together on the second Saturday of each month to engage the power of your senses, imagination, and time to create a more pleasant and calm state of being. This is a skill that can be refined and grown into a reliable practice. In every workshop there will be time for moving, writing, and visualizing. By the end of the year, you’ll have at least 10 reliable resources (and likely many more) and a consistent practice of connecting with pleasure.
