All classes are held virtually via zoom, audio recorded. If you miss a class you can make it up by listening to the downloadable recording.
Spring Session: April 22 - June 26
10 classes | Wednesdays | $200/series
Walking is so embedded in our lives that we rarely give it much thought. Yet for an action we repeat thousands of times a day, learning to walk with greater ease and efficiency can have a profound impact on how we feel.
In this class, you’ll explore both small and significant changes to your gait. Simple adjustments, like foot strike and stride length, can bring immediate shifts, while larger patterns involving spinal rotation and pelvic movement may unfold more gradually over time. As your awareness grows, walking can begin to feel lighter and more coordinated.
As in all Moving Whole classes, you’ll be encouraged to move slowly, within a range that supports your comfort and curiosity. We’ll take regular pauses for rest and reflection. In this way, the class supports nervous system regulation as much as physical comfort, while also deepening your functional understanding and connection to this essential everyday movement.
Get ready for some added pep in your step!

10 classes | Fridays | $200/series
This series helps you organize your effort through the entire posterior chain—from head to heels. The work builds functional strength, increases spinal mobility, and creates more spaciousness for your breath. You’ll discover how to support your whole back rather than letting its weight sink into your lower back, hips, knees, and feet. If I could offer you only one class to transform your everyday movement, this would be it.
I've been dealing with radiculopathy recently. I've gone to acupuncture, PT, gotten injections, and went to a physiatrist but the thing that works best is this class. —Idelisse

3 workshops | Second Saturdays | 11:00 AM — 12:15 PM (Eastern) | $105
In this monthly workshop, we practice turning toward pleasure.
Time stretches; past and present begin to mingle. We move slowly and gently, supported by sound healing that helps the nervous system settle. Then we explore a prompt designed to guide our memory and attention. There is space to write and reflect, and we close with optional time for sharing.
Along the way, you’ll learn two essential skills for nervous system regulation: Orienting and Resourcing.Orienting helps bring you back to the present moment when you’re caught in your head or stuck in negative thoughts. Resourcing guides you to connect with supportive people, places, pets, and other meaningful sources that help you feel grounded and safe. You’ll explore how to develop these skills and when to use them in daily life.
New this year, Kristyn Judkins will introduce sound healing into our monthly practice. Through sound, you’ll deepen your experience of resourcing by allowing the body and mind to settle—making it easier to access sensations of safety, ease, and pleasure. Sound becomes a bridge between memory and embodiment, offering a steady anchor for attention and a pathway to feeling more enlivened.
Each workshop includes time to move, write, visualize, rest, and share.
