I'm so excited to share this new class with you!
Together, we'll lean into summer's slower, more spacious sense of time and discover the power of less is more. Rather than covering many movements, we'll spend the hour exploring a single action.
As we slow down and simplify, the action will continue to change, evolve, and unfold each moment. You'll recalibrate your sense of what "slow" and "small" can feel like. Your attention will become more finely tuned, revealing details and connections that are often overlooked.
Each week, we'll bring the action to a different area of the body. Yet the effects are rarely isolated. The ripples will likely be felt throughout your whole self.

A healthy back is part of a chain, not the only link. For most of us, the lower back is doing several jobs it's not meant to do. This series helps you to organize your effort through the entire back chain—from head to heels. The class material builds functional strength, increases spinal mobility, and creates more space for your breath. You’ll discover how to support your whole back rather than letting its weight sink into your lower back, hips, knees, and feet. If I could offer you only one class to transform your everyday movement, this would be it!
It’s amazing that you can take a similar class every week for years and can still learn something new every time. —Julie

Resource Reserve is a monthly workshop that invites you to prioritize pleasure.
We begin with slow, gentle movement to help your nervous system settle and soften, then move into guided prompts to stir your memory and imagination.
The prompts are different each month and range from beloved people and pets to treasured places and gifts. You draw on experiences that fill you with a feeling that you need right now, whether it’s strength and inspiration, or a sense of calm and centeredness.
After two rounds of prompts, there’s time to write, pause, and reflect before closing with (optional) sharing. A live sound healing score drifts in and out throughout the experience, creating a supportive and spacious environment for self inquiry.
I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for Rebecca’s Resource classes, but based on what I’ve experienced in her Feldenkrais classes, I knew there would be something wonderful revealed. And that was true.
Each session we’ve focused on a different resource, from places to people to words and more.
We have time to think about the resource ahead of time - but if life gets in the way, and you don’t have time to reflect ahead of time, the sessions work beautifully to allow you to find and explore your resource during the session. And the addition of Kristyn’s music enhances the experience of shifting into another frame - the notes and rhythms are so well suited to exploring resources.
I’ve located people and places and sensations that I had not thought about in years, if ever, and in each case it was a revelation to find the resource and remember a key time or experience - and to be able to access that resource in the future. I’ve found treasures among my memories, and having these resources revealed and accessible has also increased my awareness of what kinds of experiences to seek in the future.
As the years roll on it’s an absolute rush, a wonderful thing, to rediscover these gems. —Sarah
