Individual Consultation

We start with a consultation to see if this work resonates with you, and if we are a good fit for working with each other.

We’ll talk first so you can share your history, your present challenges, and what you would like to be different in the future.

I will then lead you through some movement and I’ll ask you to pay attention to specific aspects of your experience. Your responses will help both of us to learn more about your patterns, preferences, and how they relate to your challenges. We can pause or pivot at any moment if necessary.

We’ll talk again afterward to check in and see if we want to work together and what that should look like, whether it’s individual sessions, classes, or a combination. We will decide on a path that works for your goals, schedule, and budget.
