My Background

I help people to be more comfortable in their body/mind/spirit

 

I’m Rebecca Davis. I’m a Feldenkrais Practitioner, choreographer, and performer with more than 20 years of experience in meditation and somatic practices.

If you’ve had discomfort, pain, or injury, you know it slows you down and diminishes the quality of your life. I know it, too! Several years ago I had a back injury that kept me in bed for three weeks. The Feldenkrais Method is what got me out of pain. I changed my movement patterns so they are healthier and my sensing skills are sharper. I notice the internal signals that something is off well before there’s an emergency and I know how to get back on the right track. I will help you to build this same agency over your own experience.
