I want to go back there because I saw things and remembered things that I haven't thought of in years and I also thought, I bet I can see some things that I really didn't take note of when I was a child. It felt honestly magical. It felt like I went on this journey and I went deep into it and I can't wait to go back there now. That surprised me.”

Christine’s reflection is a common one in the Resource Reserve class, a monthly offering focused on savoring your most cherished memories and learning how to put them to use in daily life. These moments of connection often arise unexpectedly, and they can be deeply nourishing to both body and mind. Even if you don’t have a profound experience yourself, simply hearing others share—as Christine did—can have a settling, positive effect on your own nervous system. Their resources can become yours, too.
