Long and Strong Back Chain

This series organizes the effort along your entire back chain from head to toe. The material strengthens your back muscles, increases the mobility in your spine, and creates more space for your breath. You’ll learn how to support your back instead of letting its weight fall and compress your hips, knees, and feet. If I had to recommend only one class, it would be this one!

The issue that I’ve had with my left metatarsal has begun to be less and less a factor for me, and that’s in part due to the fact that the rest of my system is working better now - my breathing, my alignment, and my understanding of how to address issues have all improved.  I will always have a tendency to overdo things - and hurt myself a little or a lot in the process - but I’ve learned a lot (albeit slowly!) and now I am far better equipped to figure out how to get myself back on track.  Your classes have been a huge factor in this improvement.  —Sarah

I've been dealing with radiculopathy recently. I've gone to acupuncture, PT, gotten injections, and went to a physiatrist  but the thing that works best is this class. —Idelisse
